Haiti 2018 | Day 3
We had a great day today. We started out with an early morning hike up the mountains. We got a beautiful view of the area. Overlooking the city, we had a strong feeling that God was up to something in this beautiful city of Gressier.
We were able to take a tour of the village in the middle of the city and see what Christianville has been up to in that area.
We handed out bibles from Bibles for Kids to an orphanage called "House of Grace" that is run and maintained by Wilke Clarke from Central Christian Church in Beloit, WI.
We went back to Sue's house and spent some times with the kids reading their new bibles. After that we went back to The House of Grace and I shared my story and song.
The kids loved the bibles. Every kid we give one to is absolutely intrigued by them and will
not put them down. What a great tool and gift they are.
We ended the evening with a dinner from a local chef who invited us to his restaurant and we closed out the evening with a little bit of rooftop worship.
I'm grateful for all that God is doing through me and the different ministries in Haiti and I can't wait to see what he has in store for us the next few days.
